Washer and dryer in unit as well as dishwasher. 3 bedroom apartment to be shared with 1 other woman in the arts in her 's. Spare bedroom is shared as an office space. Hardwood floors, bug free, peaceful. Ideal candidate- non smoker (including weed), doesnt bring the party home. Gatherings and friends over here and there like normal is totally cool. Will participate in weekly cleaning. Current roommate leaves town on a bi monthly basis for a few weeks, also works from home but is generally out on weekends, so someone that would suit that schedule.
