Hi Everyone! I am looking to sublease my room in an adorable home super close to downtown on April 1st. I work seasonally which is the only reason I’m looking to sublease! About the room: A small bedroom in a bath unit only blocks from downtown Bozeman. It’s definitely a smaller bedroom but is perfect for a single person! The room can come either furnished or unfurnished. Has great lighting!! About the house: You would be living with two other males in their thirties. They are super kind, mature, clean, and considerate. They enjoy the outdoors and can be found watching new series on Netflix or tuning their skis in the evenings. This is definitely not a party house but occasional family dinners are common. The lease goes until the end of July but there are opportunities to renew. This is one unit in a 5 unit home, the neighbors are super quiet and considerate as well. There are quarter operated washer & dryers in the unit. The house comes with a storage shed and has a porch as well as a side yard for fires & bbqs. No pets allowed. Look forward to hearing from you.
