Hi, I am a student at American University, and I am looking for a person to sublease over the summer! It is a ten min walk from AU, and can always take the shuttle bus to AU Tenleytown on the red line. My room is completely furnished, and I have my TV and wifi set up as well! It has a private bathroom (shower, tub, toilet and sink) and laundry machine and dryer is in the apartment, so you don't have to go up and down with your laundry! I usually pay for this room, but is totally negotiable. I have two flatmates, who will also be gone for the summer, so please let me know if you're interested in living with your friends!
