Need someone to take over for roommates lease in a bathroom apartment in Centerville. Bedroom features a private bathroom with a walk in closet. Shared living room/kitchen/laundry room with newly renovated appliances. Apartment has smart home technology with lights, front door, and heating. As well as a fireplace in the living room with a balcony outside. I work nights and am looking for someone who is not too loud during the day while I'm sleeping. I don't have any pets as of right now but I am ok with animals. The cat in the pictures is my current roommates and will be moving out at the same time. Features: - minutes away from GMU - Apartment complex has a pool, tennis court, two dog parks, a gym. - Right next to with plenty of places to eat around Centerville. Total costs: - rent - for everything in total (rent, parking, utilities, electric, internet etc) - one time dollar application fee for the apartment complex.
