Join our relaxed and amicable household of 3! Taylor is an Early Childhood Educator, and loves cleaning and reading. Ethan works in Fire and Safety Inspection, and writes in his free time. Connor is an Accountant, and is in love with his motorcycle. We have two dogs Hemi and Tucker, a cat named Bubba, and a python named Sophie. All are social and friendly! Unfortunately our household is complete in the furry friends category, and we will not be accepting any applications from those with free roaming pets. The room is the smaller side of medium, and can accommodate a desk, queen bed, and tall dresser. I loft bed would be PERFECT for this room. The bathroom will be shared between you and Connor. There is a jack and jill shower room. We haven't had any problems sharing the shower between four adults, however if you enjoy minute showers twice a day this is not the place for you. Utilities included in the rent, common household goods are also included. Chores are as needed and a shared duty, we are a generally tidy household, but as we all work overtime sometimes it slips a little, but has never become a problem for us. As stated in the headline, NO BS. We compromise, we adapt, we overcome. Respect, accountability, and consistency is valued here. We are generally flexible and empathetic, but for the love of god, please don't be an ass. We are looking forward to talking with you!
