Looking to rent a room? We offer rooms for rent(unfurnished) with furnished shared living spaces; such as, living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and laundry! We have two rooms available in this home. One for $ and one for $ All utilities split between tenants in the home. No pets and no smoking inside the property. We do not ask for a security deposit; however, we do ask for a non-refundable admin fee that is equal to the rent. If you stay to the end of your lease it deducts from your last months rent!
