I have a room for rent in my townhome. It has a big walk in closet and comes with a private bathroom as well, not connected. I will upload pictures in march when I am fully settled, but everything would be furnished except the bedroom. I am open to more furniture, etc, in the house, but it would just be a conversation. Rent is $ everything included: utilities, parking spot, etc., unless you want to pay for some utilities, for credit or some other reasons, then we can negotiate that! I would prefer a female roommate, but I am open to guys as well. I have two dogs, both very friendly and playful.
