All utilities included, high speed internet. I have 2 cats that are hypoallergenic. Security deposit required ($ fully refundable if there is no damage), available March 6th. Plenty of parking, driveway and street. The house is beautiful and is my sanctuary, there is a large patio and a pool, great kitchen, large living room. It has great energy.
