Shared spaces include the kitchen/dining room, living room, guest bedroom/office, and backyard/deck. The office space is great for a student who needs to study or young professional who works from home. Parking is available on the street directly in front of the house. The house is newly remodeled and has a beautiful backyard. It is very close to downtown, walking distance from Food Truck Fridays, farmer’s market, and the Truckee River. The house will be shared with my partner, Josh Hindo, and me.
