Hi! My name is Hailey! I am subleasing my apartment. This is a apartment. All roommates are girls so i’m hoping to find another girl to take my place. The rent is y two dollars in total. It’s a month lease where you’ll be able to renew if you wanted. This price includes all utilities and wifi. The wifi comes in each room with your own password. There is a washer and dryer and dishwasher in this apartment. It is a furnished apartment. Parking is FREE, unless you’d like to pay eighty dollars for covered parking. This apartment is located close to UNR and has access to a bus for transportation to the campus. I’m hoping to have this subleased by march or at least april. I will have the apartment clean for you when you arrive. I’m not asking for any move in fee. I need this apartment taken off my hands. You’ll just need to sign a lease with the apartment complex and myself so it’s set in stone.
