ME IF YOU’RE INTERESTED: Located in a quiet and safe part of NW Reno, our home has one of the best city views you can ask for. Within a 3-minute drive, you have access to grocery stores, gyms, restaurants, UNR, and incredible hiking trails and parks. The living areas are comfortably designed for reading, entertainment, and little get-togethers with friends. As somewhat new owners, my partner and I have been implementing upgrades to the property which will include more landscaping of the backyard this summer. Your bedroom is private and has a partial city view. Our home does have bathrooms, and so while you will share the one upstairs with the shower/tub, there is a half bath downstairs as well. I am a -year old female, going to school for a Master’s in Behavioral Science, and works Hybrid. My partner, , works as a photographer running his own company and often work from home. Our 3rd roommate is my partners sister, years old, and a Night Nurse for Renown Health. Collectively we’re all outdoorsy, with hobbies that include Mt Biking, Skiing/Boarding, Camping, Paddle Boarding, etc. At home, the roommates and I love to cook and are totally open to occasional meal collaborations, weekly dinner parties, or however you want to do it. We’re all big readers and movie connoisseurs so you’d always be welcome to join us for a flick and play some games on nights when the schedule allows for it! My partner and I Australian Shepherd and a Cat. Pets would be considered. Ideally, we’re looking for someone within our relative age demographic, and someone who is open to being a helpful and positive of the household. We keep the place clean but aren’t type A.
