We have a beautiful home with a backyard and patio to share. The room can come furnished if needed. Does have dresser and nightstand now, just no bed. I live here with my adult daughter who works a lot of hours. We have a full security system but live in a very nice neighborhood. The bathroom is shared but my daughter is extremely clean and neat. Our house is professionally cleaned 2 times monthly. We have two cats and would accept a small dog or cat(s). I am retired and looking for a conservative roommate. I can be comfortable with an introvert or a gregarious personality and any kind of personality in between. We have three living rooms so you can be alone if you would like or can join us anytime.
