I have a room available in a bath apartment at The View apartments about a 5 minute drive from UNR. We have a gas stove, modern fridge and microwave and laundry in unit. Rent is ty a month with no deposit and about in utilities/internet. The opening is for one bedroom which would share the second bathroom with a guy who is a grad student in public health at UNR. I am also a grad student at UNR and would like to find a roommate who is quiet, respectful of other people's property, clean and who doesn't do drugs or drink heavily. Preference to someone who is a student and or above twenty but not a deal breaker. We don't have parties or drink so it is a better environment for someone who wants to focus on their career/studies. Also no pets please. We are looking to fill the room by mid April to 1st of May at the latest. The room is ten by twelve. If interested please feel free to send a message!
