My roommate is moving in with his girlfriend and his bedroom will be available. Landlord is fair and cool with us. I graduated in years old, and work in nuclear power. Been on the jersey shore for a year and a half and love it. I love skiing, hiking, working out, going out, and I travel often. The house is great and the location is even better- its 5min to Jenks/boardwalk, min to Belmar, and min to Tom's River. Backyard has a beautiful stone patio and grass which is great in the summer.
