bath- spacious apt. RENT INCLUDES UTILITIES/WIFI !! You will have a private room and your own sink in the bathroom. There is laundry in the apt, a back patio, large storage space in attic, Wifi, personal parking off street, new kitchen appliances. This apt is the only one in a small commercial building so there are no live in neighbors and the area hardly has any traffic, if any, during the day and is quiet after 8pm. The bus and train are a walkable distance-corner store/Garrett Mtn/dog park/shopping close. I am a yo working professional looking for a roommate who is a working professional as well or is in graduate school. I am responsible, extremely neat and organized and I would like my roommate to be as well. I have a small dog, pictured in my profile who is friendly and hypo allergenic as I am allergic to pets. She doesnt shed and is always with me. I take her with me mostly everywhere so she wont be left home often. I enjoy many hobbies such as all types of art, outdoors activities, watching movies with a glass of wine and social events. I dont have any parties but do have friends over occasionally and ask that my roommate not have any parties as well. I dont mind the occasional guest but expect that our space is respected and doesnt become a hangout space constantly. If you are in a relationship, I ask that your partner doesnt become a "third roommate" but dont mind if they stay the occasional night or so as I will respect on my end as well. I hope that we share similar interests and will always respect you and your personal space as I expect as well. Again, I am extremely clean, neat and organized and always expect that the common spaces stay as so ( this is a MUST for me so if you know you cannot do your end of the upkeep, please do not reach out as this will not work). I have had a prior roommate and she would be happy to provide a reference in terms of living with me. I am fun, low-key, adventurous, down to earth and an open person.
