The space for the prospective roommate is about square feet, with about s/f of open work space, and s/f living space (this includes bedroom, walk in closet/study room, kitchen, bathroom, and causeway). The ceiling is about feet, the floor is wooden, and there is also an ample size private courtyard. Another plus is the washer and dryer in unit! The location is a residential neighborhood in the heights of Jersey City. Door to door commute to Time Square is about minutes, and to the World Financial Center is about minutes. There is a very good farmers market about 4 blocks away, a very good public lap swimming pool and running track is about blocks away. Rent does not include utilities.
