We have fiber optic internet and a triband, mesh router so access is fast throughout the house. The house is shared with two other people: I am a year-old woman with % custody of my -year old son. We'd like a friendly, peaceful housemate. Open to occasional shared meals and hanging out. The Miraloma Park neighborhood is amazingly quiet with lots of green space. The MUNI lines are within 3 blocks. The Glen Park BART station is a -minute walk and the Monterey on-ramps to are near. Walking distance from CCSF and a short trip to SFSU or UCSF Parnassus campus on MUNI. The deposit is $ and you will pay % of the utilities ($/month) and % of the rent ($ = $).
