I'm looking for one roommate to sign a 1-year lease starting March 1. Unfortunately management doesn't allow short term sublets. The room is has a tall half closet with shelving, and can comfortably fit a queen bed, desk, and dresser. It has large windows and nice natural light. The living room is large and great for having a friend or two over. The apartment is about a 6 minute walk to the Halsey J and minutes to the Halsey L. Lots of great coffee shops and bars in walking distance. Deposit + first month is required to move in. Management requires a credit score and forty times rent as income. Guarantors accepted. A little about myself - I'm a thirty-three year old bartender and freelance musician. I like to play music in my free time, so it would be great to live with other creatives or people who don't mind me practicing in the afternoons. LGBTQ+ and friendly! Looking for someone clean and respectful of others. It would be great to have someone who wants to hang out every once in a while, but not required. Any additions to the living room and kitchen would be welcome!
