Located on 46th and 2nd Ave, this apartment is less than a 10 minute walk to Grand Central! 2nd Ave is also fairly quiet. It’s a 3rd floor walk up in a well maintained building. No laundry on site but several laundry service places nearby as well as great restaurants and bodegas with a Morton Williams grocery store a few blocks away. It is also right next to a great Italian restaurant! Walls are thick so you never hear neighbors. The unit has a beautifully remodeled kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen has a dishwasher and full appliances. You will be taking the bigger room which has 2 nicely sized windows and gets lots of natural light. It also has fire escape access. The room will come fully furnished for a one time additional fee ($500) with a dresser, standing desk and a queen sized bed. The room also has a built in closet. It will also come with window shades already built in as well as an AC unit. The apartment is equipped with Optimum internet which you’ll split with the other roommate. You will also evenly split the electric bill (ConEd) which comes to around $30-40 per person in winter, and $60-70 per person in summer (with both AC’s running all day). Optimum is $35 per person each month and has been reliable for us. Your roommate will be a 25yr old male who works in finance. He is very chill and nice. Usually down to hangout if you ask ahead of time but mostly keeps to himself and respects quiet hours. He splits his time between WFH and office work. If interested in this room please contact asap.
