Room is spacious, with sliding room closet in a two bedroom apartment, 2/baths, you will have your own bathroom. Responsibility includes maintain it clean. College student or Nurse preferably. (Female) Includes: Free Wifi, Laundry in Building. Near the F train, near the beach. Coney Island hospital 3/blocks away. *Parking lot if you can cover cost. Rules as follow: no garbage in the room, no loud music, no visitors, very clean/organized person, no smoking. This is a room rental, not an entire apartment rental.
