Hi! I'm looking for a preferably female sublet to take over my lease in a bath duplex in the Lower East Side. The 3 other occupants are female NYU students. The apartment is spacious with a backyard and in-unit laundry, 3 blocks from the F train and a minute walk to Washington Square. My room has a queen sized bed with a desk and room for other furniture, the closet is not pictured but right outside the door to the room. Looking for someone to fill the space near the end of February or beginning of March, through the end of the lease .
