Private bedroom available in 3 bedroom apartment, Rockaway Beach. Room is for one person. You would share the common spaces with the 2 roommates who live in the other 2 bedrooms ( female). One friendly cat lives in apartment as well, so we cannot take additional pets. Apartment is bright, and available room gets a lot of sunlight too. It is a small room but fits a full size bed and some other small furniture items. Room is being plastered and painted, so pics will come soon (pics in this listing are of the common/shared space). Peaceful apartment looking for low maintenance roommate. Since it is so close to beach (1 block, basically) it would be ideal for surfer, but anyone who likes living in a chill place (and likes cats) will love it here. For commuters, subway (2 blocks) and bus lines (less than 1 block) are very close. The ferry to Manhattan is also close, and the shuttle to the ferry stops right across the street. Move in requires only first month rent and one month security. Room is available for coming 3+ months (flexible from late Feb/early March until start of June). After that you can extend the rental term as you wish.
