I am looking for a female roommate to move in with me on or after May 1st in the Bennett Grand Woods Apartments in West Des Moines. It is located minutes away from Jordan Creek Mall and the West Glen neighborhood. It is located 5 minutes away from Valley Junction and most shopping and restaurants. The apartment is furnished except for your room and bathroom. I also work from home M-F from pm w/occasional nights and weekends. This apartment is located on the first floor. There is a laundry room located in the basement of the building. Also the complex has a pool, fitness center, grilling area, and a basketball court. Pets are accepted for an additional fee with restrictions. Also you can rent a garage for an additional fee.
