We are looking for a clean, employed outside the home (no work from home), considerate individual. No couples. The room has a normal size closet, not a walk in. The bathroom is shared with the other gay male roommate. There is a patio and large gravel enclosed backyard. The patio is where the other roommates smoke. One roommate has a small dog but no other pets are allowed. Washer/dryer available. There is street parking only. Utilities and wifi are included. Must pass background check and you will be added as a roommate with leasing company. Total move in cost is one thousand.
