This is a month Sublet, looking for a 7 month commitment starting April 1. There will be 3 total roommates, currently one room is occupied by a yo quiet and respectful Male student, studying at NYU for music engineering. The other is a yo Male bike mechanic, musician, and photographer. Looking to fill the other room to replace me, I will be traveling for 7 months, so, I would like to leave the option open for me to return at some point, possibly in Nov/December . Please be nice, friendly, responsible, and very queer friendly. Looking for people who are quiet and are leaning toward health and spirituality consciousness rather than party time. This is the ground floor of an apartment building with a separate entrance, like a big open loft vibe, so sound carries ;) Neighborhood description: This is in East Williamsburg, a little removed from the chaos of Manhattan and Bedford Ave. Close to the industrial side of town but within close walking distance to transportation and grocery stores. Both L train Grand ave and Graham ave subway stations are a 7min walk :) Tons of restaurants, shops and a park just around the block. A great space for a busy, creative and considerate people. Shared bathroom and living spaces (there are no windows in any of the rooms, but the apt makes up for it :) The apartment stays pretty cool in the summer and there is a backyard. Deposit must be given before move in to hold the room.
