Three bed room apartment with washer, Dryer and Dishwasher in a beautiful neighborhood in Mid wood area.. Have a lot of parking in neighborhoods… The area quite close to King Highway Train station. I’m looking for 3 like minded people…I’m a Nurse and will be Traveling for the next months… i lived al room as a closet and one as a office… I want responsible mature clean and respectful people… over night and company is allowed as long as they are respectful and respect the other room mate space.. and don’t behave as if they a tenant I will be doing month to month for first 6 month for probation period… I have 2 big room I have California king and still plenty space … The second room can fit a Bedroom set I had one for guest before I made it a closet… The third room is narrow can fit a twin size beds… All room have tv anchors so tv can be put on wall… I’m not in need for money just love the neighborhood and the apartment just sign 2 year lease..
