Hello everyone! I am looking for someone to sublet my room in Greenpoint,Brooklyn from April to the end of August. My two roommates are looking for a roommate (female) to join this bath apartment. My roommates are great, but I am relocating for work. The room is cozy with a bookcase and large windows open to tree lined views of Manhattan Avenue. I am moving out of the city in April & my lease is up on August st. I am selling all of my furniture so I hope this is an easy swap! The place is perfect for new people moving into the city and hoping to get their sea legs. About the apartment: Rent is $ a month. Utilities are $ a month. The apartment unit is on the second floor with a walk up one flight of stairs. Roof access with a beautiful view. Laundry is a 2 min walk across the street. 3 min walk to the G Train. Safe area. About the roommates: Ashley is and currently studying for the MCAT. She is working and studying on a hybrid schedule. She takes the MCAT on April th so will need quiet time before then, but she does tend to study outside of the apartment. Nia is and works in theater. She is also on a hybrid schedule and usually out of the apartment four days a week. Both roommates respect boundaries and needed alone time. We love to have a fun night out, but also love to stay in and watch movies. LGBTQ+ friendly. I’ve provided photos of the room and apartment but also happy to do a FT viewing if seriously interested.
