About the shared space: They have a huge living room decked out with a " TV and a surround sound system that you're welcome to use. They also have a Nespresso machine and almost all basic kitchen appliances. Neither of them cook that often so the kitchen space would be free most of the time. They got plates, cutlery, knives, a full spice rack to use as well. They got no pets but don't mind if you do have one.
