Ideally looking for a graduate student/working professional who is interested in staying long term but we’re flexible. Building Includes: -four story walk up -Brand New Full size Bed Mattress & Frame -AC unit provided, but you can bring your own if you'd like The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a 4 story building . The apartment was renovated and has a remodeled bathroom, and kitchen with stainless steel appliances, etc) laundromat is two blocks from the building. There are several grocery stores within a few blocks from us (Whole Foods, Gristedes, local Markets, etc.) we are within walking distance to Times Square, Herald Square,Union Square, Empire State Building, Hudson Yards, Broadway, Central Park,etc. The apartment is also less than a minute walk to Penn Station so it's easy to get anywhere in the city or out of town from the apartment. There are two roommates. They are COVID safe and fully vaccinated. They share chores to keep our apartment clean and are looking for someone who will be willing to do that as well.
