I’m currently living with a girl in a bedroom with a bathroom. I’m looking for a girl to fill my place since I’m planning on moving out. The place is ten minutes’ walk away from terminal and minutes’ walk away from Stevens. There are three other girls living in the apartment and they are all very nice and easy to get along with. They are all Stevens juniors. For amenities, there’s a big closet in the room and I have a desk and a twin bed which I could leave there if you’d like. As to utilities, the internet fee is $ and electricity bill is $ per month. Other fees are included in rent. The apartment would remain at the same price next year and current tenants will stay too.
