Needing a roommate to help us with rent, it is an amazing house and you’ll have your own room, access to your own fridge, access to most other rooms in the house. The room will be furnished, but it’s different furniture than in the photo. We have a theater room! My dad has hundreds of movies, you’ll just have to ask before you use the theater room and of course clean up after yourself after you use it. You also can access to our streaming services! We have almost every streaming service. We really would like someone who is friendly and don’t mind making friends with us! Pets are welcome, there are two cats in the house but my cat, Lance, isn’t as social and stays mainly around me. The bathroom you’ll be using will have your own sink. It’s a Jack and Jill bathroom, so one of the doors is connected to my bedroom but the other is connected to the hall next to your room. Another option is you can share the one room with a partner or friend and split the rent $ for both of you. The room will be available early March. Also bills ARE included in the monthly rent.
