Room is located on the 3rd floor, must climb stairs. 2nd floor is the common area where you can find the kitchen, dinning, and other living spaces. Shared spaces include living areas, kitchen, washer/dryer, etc. This will essentially be a housemate situation, we are looking for like minded individuals. Must be CLEAN, low maintenance, and respectful. Utilities will be included with your months rent. Deposit is equivalent to 1 month’s rent.
