Hi, I just purchased this house in gated community. It has a basketball court, pool, gym in community center. The pictures in the house are from previous owner so it will look different for I will paint, recarpet, and add my furniture. House will be ready around beginning or mid April. I will be going to Korea until June so I’m looking for someone to sublet a room with private bathroom for 1k/month total until then. If I can’t find a 2nd person to room then u will essentially have the whole house to urself for 1 room price. After I come back in June can see then if can potentially continuing rooming with me.
