One room is available for rent from February in my apartment. It's a 5 minute drive to UofL campus. I'm a student at UofL. So, I would prefer UofL students. I'm peaceful, clean, respectful and friendly, and I expect the same from the potential roommate. The bathroom, kitchen and refrigerator are shared.
