Hi! My roommate and I are looking for a new roommate! We were using the room as a guest bedroom but now wish to make it an actual room. It’s $ a month, February is already paid so rent would start in March! Pets are allowed if they are friendly with other animals, smoking is allowed depending on what you do or don’t smoke, and you’d have access to the attic, living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, driveway, and the fenced in back yard! We have things like a dishwasher, washer and dryer, and even a fireplace! The house is absolutely gorgeous. There is a bed in the guest bedroom that you are free to keep, the frame is just too big to fit the bed (frame= queen, bed= full) as you can see but other then that, it’s perfect! No damages in the room or anywhere else in the house and the bathroom was just remodeled!
