My roommate is moving out mid-March this year and I'm looking for a replacement. I live in a well-kept newly renovated house in Hyde Park. You'll have your own bedroom, bathroom and a living room in the basement. In-unit laundry, your own driveway, access to yard (with grill) and some of the utilities will be included (heat, water & sewer). If you want some of the storage space in the basement, that's negotiable. I have two cats, therefore you'll need to be cool with them. My bedroom and bathroom is on second floor. Your bedroom and bathroom will be on the first floor. I live in a quiet neighborhood and my neighbors are sweet folks. Stop & Shop, Walgreens, & park all within walking distance. Prefer if you identify as queer/LGBTQIA2S+, does not smoke tobacco/cigarettes, clean after yourself, a good communicator and you don’t have pets. Looking for one roommate, not looking for a couple.
