About the House: The house is over square feet on an acre of land and comes with an oasis backyard. Driveway parking. It includes a gallon pool with a water fall and a connected hot tub. It also has a built-in outdoor grill. With our super private backyard you can relax and feel safe working on your tan. You will have access to all of it of course. Also include washer/dryer use as well as kitchen and community space. Who you are (hopefully): Active and friendly in your s or s. LGBTQ friendly. No smoking or drugs. Someone who works OUTSIDE the home. Someone who is drama free and honestly just normal, happy, and respectful. Someone who is comfortable living with roommates You can keep to yourself if you prefer, but we wouldn't mind someone we can hang out with as well. Sorry, no pets/kids/couples Period.
