Address: 2339, 40th St, NW About the house: -2 bed/1 bath home in Glover Park area -1 refrigerator, kitchen, large living space, and in-house washer and dryer - 5-minute walk to the 31 and 33 bus lines -5-minute walk to Whole Foods, Washington Sports Club -All common areas are furnished and incredibly comfortable- huge flat-screen TV with pretty much all streaming services, and a fully equipped kitchen About the roommate: -One girl who is the kindest and sweetest person to live with - She is not around much. lol About the room: -Rent is $1000 not including utilities (~$80 each month) -Sufficient closet space and easily fixed clothing rack/wardrobe -Shared bathroom -Open to both men and women Please DM me if you are interested, I'd be happy to talk more about the house or the people, or the area! 🙂 Cheers!
