Hello, I am looking for someone to take over my part of the lease (the lease ends in august) due to job opportunities out of state. The room is shared with a roommate. The apartment is a -bath apartment on the th floor of the Alexander House. The complex is in downtown Silver Spring; two blocks away from the Silver Spring red line metro stop, has a gym, parking garage, and is in the downtown area. Water and gas are included, but Wi-Fi and electricity are paid separately. The rent is $ plus the Electricity and Wi-Fi, which will be split evenly among roommates. Furthermore, any applicant will have to pass a credit and background check by building management if chosen.
