Room available at $ per month, includes all utilities and WiFi. We are looking for someone young, clean and tidy. Everyone in the house is in their twenties. This is the only downstairs bedroom, secluded from the other rooms. This also means the bathroom is primarily yours, but since it is the only downstairs bathroom it must still be kept neat and will be used by guests. We are looking for someone young, clean and tidy. Single occupancy, no couples, no pets. The house is smoke-free, as in non-smokers only, of any sort. We have a month old labradoodle puppy who is mostly upstairs. Who We Are: • -year-old male engineer who works out of town during the week. He enjoys hiking and board games and is pursuing his masters. • -year-old female nurse practitioner. She enjoys hiking and traveling and is also pursuing her masters. • -year-old male digital manager who is studying for his CFA. He enjoys MMA and cooking. • -year-old female graphic designer who enjoys pilates. • -year-old female preschool teacher who is into photography. The Space: • Very nice, quiet neighborhood on Eastern and two fifteen • three-k square feet • Completely furnished with 3 living spaces • Kitchen stocked with cooking tools available for use • Garage parking available for extra, or street parking • Gas, water, electricity, garbage, and fast WIFI included Requirements: • Security deposit of one month’s rent required, refunded at move out • One-person occupancy • sixfifty minimum credit score • Pass a background check, $ fee for background and credit check • No evictions and a good standing with previous landlords • Have a fulltime job or be a student (Does not work from home) • Age and under • Applicant must be non-smoker • No pets
