This room has a view of the sunrise and early evening moon. A view of the Red Rock mountains can be seen from the kitchen and dining area. Bathroom is shared with one other person. Our household is quiet and cooperative. We try to make each other's lives easier! Rent includes use of home, including washer and dryer, and kitchen privileges (and utilities). In addition to central air conditioning each bedroom has a window air conditioning unit to keep your space the temperature that you like. There is a park in the back yard for exercise and socializing with friends and neighbors. We are close to many shopping opportunities, including Whole Foods and Trader Joes. Sorry no pets.
