I have a room available for rent in Roseville in a house located across the street from The Nugget Marketplace. Good, safe, quiet neighborhood with good neighbors. Drama free, clean kept house. Looking for a FEMALE renter that is employed, respectful, clean, and trustworthy. The bathroom is shared with our other roommate, it has 2 sinks and cabinet space for both people. Utilities are split between all roommates evenly. There is no extra storage space in the garage so belongings must fit in room, bathroom cabinets, and kitchen cabinets.
