The room you will rent is in a single family home (it’s just my daughter and I). I am looking for a responsible female, non smoker, no drug use, etc. It is a private room with a private bathroom. It’s the primary suite so it’s made for a couple so there’s two closets and a double vanity. Plenty of space for you. There’s a inch smart tv mounted in the room currently so it doesn’t take up any walking space. It can stay or I can have it removed and put elsewhere; just let me know. Wi-Fi is included of course and there’s a mesh system router in the room already to enhance the Wi-Fi signal within the room to avoid any lag. You will have access to the parks in the neighborhood, hiking trails, and of course access to the kitchen and laundry room as well as the backyard/patio area and living room. Mi casa su casa. There’s storage and plenty shelving space in the two-car garage for personal items that you may not want in your room but would like to keep close by for when you need it. There’s a driveway so feel free to use it as you wish or you can use the street parking in front of the home and there’s additional parking in the cul-de-sac (we live right in the cul-de-sac). Parking is not an issue in our quiet neighborhood. I’m hoping to find someone who is goal oriented and maybe working toward saving for a down payment for a home of their own and/or off debt (working toward a goal). All utilities are included so you’ll just have the rent, your groceries, and whatever personal expenses you may have. Please call or me for more information.
