We are very laid back chill and keep to ourself here. The room is furnished and has a TV. We have in past Airbnb and least to travel RN the past 2 years. Looking for a signal person looking for a short term lease of 6 month and could go into a 1 year. We are located between Sac City/Sac State Colleges. Great for students and those who need to just start over. Require you work or study out of the home. Must love animal we have cats 3 tabby) and dogs (3 wiener) . There are 3 homes on this acre property so you don’t feel like the animal are around much. Must be super tidy. We have a maid/gardener that come each week but we still require some household hygiene (nothing big).
