Room for rent. I posted these pictures so you can see what they look like furnished with queen beds. Can be furnished with a queen sized bed, or empty if you'd like. No drugs, no alcoholics. Must be willing to pick up after yourself. Utilities are split. Deposit required upon moving and fully refundable upon move out depending on the condition of the room (holes, damages, etc). Unfortunately I am allergic to pet dander 🤧 Since it was my kid's room. It's pink. You can paint the room if you'd like with the stipulation that I get to check the color you pick first.
