My current roommate is moving back to the east coast which means I’m in need of a new roommate this summer to fill the second bedroom in Sherman Oaks. I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful and good energy to be around. Rent is $ plus utilities. Building has a pool, hot tub, parking garage, laundry in unit and 5 minute walking distance to Ralph’s. Must be okay living with a hypoallergenic puppy (i work from home so I will be taking full responsibility of him, he’s a very good boy) A little about me: I’m y/o working in the film industry. I moved here from Philly back in , I like going out with my friends to different restaurants, having nights in, I like going on day trips.
