Looking for easy going, animal friendly roommate(s). Who are your roommates? A couple: yo female & my spanish speaking fiance yo male (we’ve lived together 4 years already) and my 2 older dogs + very easy going yo female and her dog. House is on a big + acre horse boarding facility. You’ll be surrounded by nature and beautiful vistas with horses in pastures and chickens are nearby but out of earshot (like fresh eggs?). The house is bedrooms, 1 full bath and there is a brand new washer and dryer, new stove, and 2 refrigerators. The house is divided with shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and laundry room in the center with our 2 bedrooms on one side and your extra large room and room on the other that will belong all to you so you’ll feel like you really have your own space. You’ll also have your own separate front door entrance and you can lock the side that’s exclusively yours. If you have a horse, we could definitely work out boarding, training, etc. for your horse as I am a horse trainer. If you don’t have a horse that’s also totally fine with me! We really just want an easy going person, couple, etc.. It can come furnished or unfurnished - whatever is best for you. Please no cigarette smoking. $ per month includes all utilities (water, garbage, internet, cable, electricity, gas, etc.). Furnished with bed and some basic furnishings but can be rented empty if preferred.
