Hi! I recently have an open room and bathroom for my apartment on Kelton Ave (right near UCLA). I am looking for a female to fill the room. The apartment is on the 4th floor (with no unit above) and has an elevator to access it. There is parking included but you would be sharing a tandem spot with myself. The laundry is included (free) but it is communal for the entire floor. I already have the kitchen and living room fully furnished, all you would need to do is furnish your bedroom (your bathroom has a sink, shower/bathtub, and you have a big walk-in closet). There is also a balcony but it is small and just for walking outside mainly. I am subletting it, but you do need to apply and be accepted on the lease . You can have guests over as often as you like (let’s just communicate, and there is a difference between a couple friends and a few). We will keep this apartment clean (I don’t mind doing most of the cleaning just fyi)! You will have to agree to this apartment up through this September. Also, no pets allowed.
