Furnished apartment in Solana Beach that’s close to beach, Del Mar Racetrack, restaurants and pubs, live music venues such as Belly Up Tavern, easy I-5 access, etc. Nice vibrant coastal community to live in. Master bedroom available with vaulted ceiling and large closet. Shared living space but I’ll stay on loft level and am away often. Nice open floor plan and layout with vaulted ceilings and extra loft room. + square footage total, fully furnished but am flexible if you need to bring some of your own furniture. Pool, spa, fitness center, laundry facility, plenty of street parking options, etc. Looking for likeminded professional that is honest, responsible, easy going, respectful and clean. I’m an entrepreneurial professional that’s very easy to get along with…respectful, considerate, and laid back. The company I own is demanding so I’m away often…but when not working and when possible, I like to surf, mountain bike, run, hike, live music and the arts, and am singer/songwriter/music producer. Looking for someone I can trust while I’m away, that won’t have lots of guests…when does will be responsible for guests and property inside apartment, is respectful of noise level, etc. I’m reasonable and open to significant other/friend staying over within reason (we can discuss) just not majority of time or living permanently as a couple, based on space, etc. I’m sometimes away during the week or weekends and go back to Denmark at times to visit family. $ per month (plus 1 month deposit) + utilities and Wi-Fi. 6-month lease to start, possibly longer thereafter, can be month to month.
