Hi, we have a master room we’re trying to rent out by next month! Our landlord wants a deposit before moving in, add you to the lease, and he wants to do a background/credit check. There are shared bathrooms, in unit laundry, parking/garage, huge backyard & storage space. There is a large shared kitchen and living room too. We have dog. My roomate and I are both friendly and work in the area. We’re fairly quiet and respectful of each other’s privacy! In our free time we’re usually go out with friends or watch shows/play video games. We are hoping to rent the room out by next month, let me know if you’re interested!
